Jacqueline serves as the company’s Managing Director and Quality Assurance Expert bringing with her over 28 years experience in interior designing and carpentry. Prior to establishing Temic Company Ltd, Jacqueline was Managing Director of M/S Classic Home Care Ltd, a successful furniture manufacturing business that operated from Tanga, Tanzania. Her other experiences include having worked as Supervisor at Industrial Engineering Company Limited between 1989 & 1990 and Workshop Manager at Karimjee Agriculture Limited between 1990 & 1997. She holds a Degree in Civil Engineering.
Theresia is the Strategy Director charged with formulating, dissemination and implementation of the company’s strategy. She received her B.A in Political Science and Public Administration from University of Dar es Salaam; followed by a PGD in Economic Diplomacy from the Tanzania Mozambique Centre for Foreign Relations before eventually attaining her M.A in Political Economy of European Integration from Berlin School of Economics and Law. Before settling for her Strategy management career, she was also involved in research activities where she worked in collaboration with both Governmental and Non-Governmental entities. As part of project management success stories, Theresia was involved in the initial stages of the successful construction of AVIC Town in Kigamboni.
George is the company’s Marketing Director responsible for the company’s business development strategies and overseeing its implementation. He has over 3 years work experience which includes having started the marketing department of the company. He Holds a BSc in Real Estate and BA in Business Administration. His task ahead for the next 4 years is to spearhead restructuring of the company’s marketing department to ensure that the company reaches its set objectives.
